Slight Risk of Severe Thunderstorms Today

Much of southeast Ohio, northeast Kentucky and parts of West Virginia are in a slight risk for severe weather today. Most activity can be expected after 2pm EDT, and is expected to last into evening hours. The biggest threat is strong/damaging wind gusts, which could lead to tree and roof damage, along with power outages. Heavy downpours will also accompany storms, but the threat for flooding is low.
