Athens County Emergency Management Requests your help.

Athens County is updating its Hazard Mitigation Plan. The Hazard Mitigation Plan serves as the county’s “road map” for FEMA assisted mitigation dollars. The more public support and participation received, the more the plan serves its intended purpose and solidifies mitigation support from FEMA. Please take the linked survey to share your thoughts and experience about natural hazards such as tornadoes, floods, thunderstorms, and heat waves.  Your participation can help make Athens County safer.

It is easy and only takes 5-10 minutes – share with others!  THANK YOU!
