Heavy Rainfall and Winds Expected This Weekend

The forecast is looking wet into the weekend due to an approaching warm front. Rain will move into Ohio late tonight and persist through Saturday night – heaviest on Saturday.

The worst is projected for Northwest Ohio with significant river flooding possible. At this time, southeast Ohio isn’t forecast to encounter river flooding.

High Winds will occur Saturday through Sunday as the following cold front passes. The combination of saturated ground and strong wind is prime for trees to blow over – stay alert.
